ACCESSIBILITY AT PACIFIC AIRSHOW

Pacific Airshow offers accessible viewing to guests. All of Pacific Airshow's ticketed options area navigable for individuals with disabilities. You can purchase tickets with confidence knowing that ADA guests will be properly accommodated.

VIEWING

Complimentary ADA accessible seating is available on the Huntington Beach Pier on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests requiring assistance will be admitted to our ticketed Pier Seating area accompanied by 1 caretaker only. Additional guests will be required to purchase tickets. Once ADA spots on the Huntington Beach Pier are filled, they’re gone so please plan ahead.

Additional family members and friends are welcome in the accessible viewing area; however, space is limited. If the designated ADA section is full, additional guests may be asked to relocate to another viewing area. Please plan ahead to ensure your group can enjoy the show together.

Please note:

  • Companions may be asked to stand in the back or leave the viewing area if capacity is reached.

  • Viewing Areas are non-smoking.

  • Guests may not save spaces.

  • If a guest leaves for 30mins or more their space may be allocated to another person.

  • Do not block the view of other guests.

It’s often quite hot in October, and attending the Airshow can be physically demanding. Everyone should make sure they are prepared to safely attend an all-day show at the beach.

ACCESSING PACIFIC AIRSHOW

Transportation from your vehicle to/around the Airshow site is not provided. 

For accessible parking please refer to the City of Huntington Beach. Accessible parking spaces may be available near the event site on a first-come, first-served basis with valid placard or license plate.

Flooring is placed throughout the precinct however, guests who are able, should be prepared for walking on sand, sidewalks, and uneven terrain. 

ENTRY TO THE AIRSHOW

All entry gates at Pacific Airshow are ADA accessible. Security screening lanes are wide enough for mobility devices, and staff will be available to assist as needed. Guests requiring additional time or accommodations at the entry process are encouraged to speak to a gate supervisor.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted at Pacific Airshow. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not considered service animals and will not be admitted. All service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and on a leash or harness. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

  • Accessible restrooms are available throughout the event site.

  • Guests using wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility devices should be aware that sand and large crowds may make navigation slower, please allow extra time to move around.

  • Medical and first aid services are located throughout the venue.
