ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

TICKET TYPES

We are an accessible event and have our Accessible Viewing Platforms or the Huntington Beach Pier available to support our ADA ticket holders who are unable to easily navigate the sand due to wheelchair or limited mobility.

A GA - Accessible ticket type is available online to purchase that allows access to our General Admission Accessible Viewing Platforms and provides one complimentary companion ticket.

Our Accessible Viewing platforms are located on the beach with temporary trackway flooring providing access inside GATE B and can be located on our EVENT MAP

The Pier ticket type provides an accessible option for those that are unable or would rather not have to navigate the sand of Huntington Beach. There is no complimentary companion ticket available with the Pier ticket. Anyone accessing the Pier must have their own ticket for entry.

The Huntington Beach Pier is located just north of our venue site and is accessible as it does not require any sand access. You enter through the PIER entry gate and can see its location on our EVENT MAP

Non-wheelchair requirements: If you do not require wheelchair support (which is what the GA - Accessible Viewing Platforms are directed towards) and would like to purchase GA or Show Center Zone tickets and receive a companion ticket, you can complete those purchases and let us know at tickets@pacificairshow.com. Please provide your ADA and companion requirement within the email request and our team will review and if approved, add a complimentary companion ticket to your account to use for entry. It is one complimentary companion ticket per one purchased GA or Show Center Zone ticket.

However, it is important to note: Pacific Airshow is highly exposed to the elements (sunshine, heat, very limited shade) and spans a large physical layout on Huntington Beach including the sand. Attending for the day can be physically demanding, so we strongly encourage all ticket holders to prepare ahead for a day in the sun.

LIMITED SEATING: Complimentary ADA accessible seating is available on the Huntington Beach Pier on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests requiring assistance will be admitted to our ticketed Pier Seating accessible area accompanied by 1 caretaker/companion only. Additional guests will be required to purchase Pier tickets for access. Once ADA spots on the Huntington Beach Pier are filled for the day, they’re gone so please plan ahead.

TICKET PURCHASE & COMPANION CARDS

Ticket Purchases: GA - Accessible tickets are available at a discounted price to purchase for individuals with mobility or accessibility needs who require the use of our Accessible Viewing Platforms. There is no discounted price for Pier tickets.

Companion Tickets: Each GA - Accessible ticket purchase includes the option to redeem one complimentary companion ticket. This must be requested at the time of your initial purchase.

There is no companion ticket included with Pier ticket purchases. Every ticket holder accessing the Pier must hold their own ticket for entry.

Verification: Please ensure you bring your valid, government-recognized accessibility or companion card to the gate, as our team may request to view it upon entry.

Hospitality Exclusion: Companion cards, alongside a companion ticket, grant entry to the General Admission precinct only and cannot be used to access hospitality spaces. All hospitality guests must hold their own valid ticket for entry.

GETTING THERE (TRANSPORTATION) AND VENUE ACCESS

Entry Gates: We recommend entering via GATE B for GA – Accessible ticket holders or the PIER GATE for Pier ticket holders. EVENT MAP. However all gates are ADA compliant and allow for accessible entry.

Parking Restrictions and Assistance to Venue: There is no parking permitted on site and all parking is operated by the City of Huntington Beach.

Pacific Airshow staff assistance is not provided between your vehicle and the gates or within the venue, so accessible ticket holders must ensure they can navigate to the entrance and inside the venue independently or with their companion.

For accessible parking and drop off, please refer to the City of Huntington Beach information. Accessible parking spaces may be available near the venue on a first-come, first-served basis with valid placard or license plate. All costs for parking are at the responsibility of the ticket holder.
