HOWEVER: Performer and military participation are always contingent upon their availability and the nature of work that they do meaning some Performers may not be able to attend for all three event days. Pacific Airshow will communicate this as best they can via their Performer page.
As per the Ticket Policy that you agree to at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute performers as required. For General Admission and Show Center Zone ticket holders: Protect yourself with sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and small personal umbrellas (under 2m in size). And please remember to be respectful of other ticket holders around you when using your umbrella as the Airshow is in the sky! Tents and large shade structures are not permitted.
For Pier, Premium GA and Hospitality ticket holders: Protect yourself with sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat (strictly NO umbrellas allowed in these areas due to the disruption of viewing).

Tents and large umbrellas (over 2m) are prohibited and will not be allowed entry. We ask that all ticket holders be considerate of each other as the show is in the sky!
PLEASE NOTE: no personal seats or umbrellas are allowed in Hospitality areas. Shade is limited within the venue to keep sky views clear!

General Admission and Show Centre Zone ticket holders: Seating is not included with your ticket, so you are welcome to bring your own camping or small chair to use. You will be located on the sand for your seating option, so picnic blankets or towels are also a good option.
We highly recommend bringing your own chairs, towels, blankets and small umbrellas in the General Admission and SCZ area which is located on Huntington Beach. Keep in mind, you may have to carry these items with you throughout the day, so consider bringing chairs with carrying straps or a bag to hold your towels/blankets.

GA - Accessible ticket holders: one unreserved temporary chair (subject to availability) will be located on the Accessible Viewing Platform for your caretaker/companion to utilise. We request these temporary companion seats remain on the platforms and do not get moved to another location.
If you have additional people attending as part of your group and the platform is busy or full, we also request that only the accessible and companion ticket holders be seated on the accessible viewing platform. For full accessibility event information, check out our Accessibility Information page.

VIEWING
-
Huntington Beach is one of the most accessible beaches in Southern California.
For full accessibility info, check out our Accessibility Information page.
Dedicated Accessible Viewing areas will be available on a first-come first-serve basis within the GA area. GA – Accessible ticket holders with ADA requirements and eligible companions, are permitted entry to the accessible area.
This GA - Accessible area is different than the Huntington Beach Pier seating. Access to the Pier will require a Pier ticket and is not available to access with a GA - Accessible ticket.
Please note: Depending on capacity and space, it may not be possible to allow additional ticket holders beyond that of the companion to sit with the accessible ticket holder on the GA accessible viewing platform.
Please refer to our Event Map closer to the event for the GA - Accessible Viewing areas within the venue. Please note: Transportation from your vehicle to/around the Airshow site is not provided. It’s often quite hot in September/October, and attending the Airshow can be physically demanding. Everyone should make sure they are prepared to safely attend an all-day show at the beach.
Complimentary ADA accessible seating is available on the Huntington Beach Pier on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests requiring assistance will be admitted to our ticketed Pier Seating area accompanied by 1 caretaker only. Additional guests will be required to purchase Pacific Airshow Pier tickets. Once ADA spots on the Huntington Beach Pier are filled for the day, they’re gone so please plan ahead.

Those on the water will have a great view of the show but we do ask you to follow a few rules!
During the operational hours of the Airshow (approximately 10am through 4:30pm), Pacific Airshow will institute what is called a “sterile aerobatic box” in the water which will be marked with buoys and will be patrolled by the U.S. Coast Guard and lifeguards on jet skis.
Swimmers, surfers, and boogie boarders should expect to only be able to swim in waist-deep water during these times.
Boaters should refer to the U.S. Coast Guards notice to mariners closer to the event for further location information.
Please note there is no Pacific Airshow commentary available for those watching from the water. The live announcer feed is ONLY available for ticket holders in the Pacific Airshow ticketed precinct.

COMMUNITY
-
Information for local HB residents and businesses:
Pacific Airshow Huntington Beach is dedicated to providing a world class event that will benefit the wider local community and businesses. Every effort will be made to minimise daily disruptions but there will be some event activities that require changes in day-to-day operations.
And while our official Pacific Airshow event takes place from Friday through Sunday (10am through 4pm daily), you may start to hear loud aircraft noise during the day from as early as Monday September 28 with the arrival and training of our Performers in the lead up. These loud jet noises will increase with official training starting Wednesday September 30 and Thursday October 1 during the daytime.
Please sign up to our Pacific Airshow Newsletter to receive important updates closer to the event or follow us on our social channels for the latest event information.
-
We love supporting local businesses! If you’re a local vendor or Exhibitor interested in getting involved with Pacific Airshow, please complete our Exhibitor Application Form.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in being a FOOD & BEVERAGE concession or vendor, we are now full for our 2026 Pacific Airshow Huntington Beach event and are no longer accepting food & beverage vendor submissions for this year.
Once submitted, our team will review your application. If we require any further information or wish to progress your application, we will contact you directly. Due to the volume of applications received, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
-
Airshow activities will be loud.
Part of the exhilaration of Pacific Airshow is being there to fully experience the sound and atmosphere of the amazing pilots, jets and planes.
Training by some of our Performers will take place in the leadup week to the Pacific Airshow® Huntington Beach weekend (October 2-4) so you may hear some noise during the day before our event officially starts.
Earplugs or other ear protection are advised for residents who would like to reduce the noise levels.
-
Nobody loves their pets like we do at Pacific Airshow. We understand that loud noises can be bothersome to some of our furry friends. Pet owners are advised to take special precautions to ensure their furry friends remain safe and comfortable during this year’s Pacific Airshow.
Here are some essential tips for pet owners to help manage the increased noise and activity:
Create a Safe Space: Ensure your pet has a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to during the airshow. A room with minimal windows and soft furnishings can help muffle the noise.
Use Calming Aids: Consider using pet-safe calming aids such as pheromone diffusers, anxiety wraps, or natural supplements. Consult your vet for recommendations tailored to your pet's needs.
Stay Indoors: Keep pets indoors during the airshow, especially during peak noise periods. If possible, stay home with them to provide reassurance and comfort.
Play Background Noise: Playing music or white noise can help drown out the sounds of the jets and create a more soothing environment for your pet.
Exercise Early: Ensure your pets get plenty of exercise earlier in the day before the airshow begins. A tired pet is more likely to rest and remain calm.
Monitor for Signs of Stress: Be aware of signs of anxiety or distress in your pet, such as excessive panting, shaking, or hiding. If you notice these signs, comfort your pet and consider seeking advice from your vet.
-
There may be road closures and busy parking lots in the lead up to and during Pacific Airshow Huntington Beach and we will ensure as minimal changes as possible.
All changes are put in place to allow a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone and will be done in consultation with Emergency Services departments.
For up-to-date information on any activities that may impact the local community, please follow our social channels and ensure you have registered for our Pacific Airshow Newsletter.
