The NXTGN STEM Lab is the heart of that mission. Located at the entry of our event precinct, it is a dedicated interactive exhibition space where leading organisations, educators, and innovators come together to showcase the incredible opportunities available in STEM, aviation, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, skilled trades, defence, and emerging technologies. Through hands-on experiences and meaningful conversations, students discover careers they may never have imagined.
Complementing the NXTGN STEM Lab is our Students With Altitude Day, a free community initiative held on the Friday of Pacific Airshow. Each year, thousands of middle and high school students are invited to attend the event at no cost, giving them access to the NXTGN STEM Lab, inspiring speakers, and a world-class airshow that demonstrates innovation in action.
This is Pacific Airshow's way of giving back to our community. We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to dream bigger, discover new possibilities, and see firsthand where education and determination can take them. By removing financial barriers and creating unforgettable experiences, we're helping inspire the pilots, engineers, technicians, scientists, innovators, and leaders of tomorrow.
