THE AIRCRAFT

Originally designed and built in Poland, the TS-11 Iskra (“Spark”) is a military jet trainer used by Eastern Bloc countries for over 50 years. Fast, loud, and combat-capable, the Iskra played a critical role during the Cold War—and now lives on in a new role as a one-of-a-kind airshow performer.
