Pride in the Sky

They're bold, they're legendary and they're BACK! The US Air Force Thunderbirds return to Huntington Beach for their eighth Pacific Airshow® appearance, bringing unmatched precision, speed, and a whole lot of power to our skies.

Flying the iconic Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcons, the Thunderbirds deliver an electrifying display of patriotism and precision. With impossibly tight formations, high-G turns and perfectly timed rolls and passes, this team embodies the very best of American aviation.

Known officially as the US Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds have been inspiring generations since 1953. Each season, six elite fighter pilots take to the skies as America’s Ambassadors in Blue, showcasing the skill, discipline, and dedication of the US Air Force to millions around the world, often flying in formation with wingtips only a few feet apart.

From the pilots to the support crew, every member of the Thunderbirds team plays a critical role and when they perform above the sand and surf of Huntington Beach, you’ll understand why they’ve become an Airshow favorite.

Get ready for goosebumps.
